Marketing and Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Operations Manager to join Ballpark Music. This person will be the liaison between our MLB, NFL, NCAA and MLS clients and musical Artist management teams for events like our Postgame Concerts. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, marketing efforts and artist relations related to upcoming concerts. You will also be on site for each show, ensuring all show-related needs are properly managed.
Job Responsibilities

Manage all concert preparation and execution for non-technical elements of the show including coordinating Artist relations, client relations, catering, hospitality, stagehands, crew calls, hotel arrangements, flights, ground, and managing the stage build and show

Act as the primary point of contact for all Artist marketing assets for BPM clients

Help implement strategic marketing plans for upcoming concerts to maximize audience engagement and ticket sales through compelling marketing materials including digital ads, social media content, and promotional videos

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in both the sports and entertainment sectors to identify new opportunities to increase BPM’s client roster and bring in Artists that maximize ticket sales

Job Skills & Qualifications

Amazing personal skills and relationship building

Experience working in the entertainment industry, ideally in sports or music, or a related field

Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills

The ability to travel as needed – with the majority of travel falling between May to October

Lift up to 30lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time
