SEC CHAMPIONSHIP 2025 VOLUNTEER SIGN UP

Sign up to be a member of the On-Field BPM Production Team for 
the 2025 MLB All Star Game!

The SEC Championship is almost here and we hope you’re looking forward to volunteering for the 2024 Postgame Trophy Ceremony Staging. Please respond to this email, with the info requested below, no later than Friday, November 15th if you can assist with rolling out of the 2025 trophy stage onto the field.  

Below is the information for this year. 

Game Details: 

Mercedes-Benz Stadium 

Saturday, December 6, 2025

Kickoff: TBD 

Teams: TBD  

Schedule:  

• Call time on gameday, Saturday, December 6, will be at __ am – for rehearsal.   

• Released around __am – can check out SEC FanFare (free) if you want to stay in the area 

• Return prior to kickoff (__pm) to check in 

• Watch the game  

• Report to the tunnel at the end of the 3rd quarter 

Additional details: 

• You will be given a credential that serves as a “Standing Room Only” type of access. 

• Upon arrival on gameday, you will get a t-shirt.

Please note, if you have done this in the past, you will notice there is NOT a mid-week rehearsal this year!

All shift times are currently tentative. The report times are all dependent on when the game is scheduled, that timing will be finalized at a later date.
